Shipping & Returns

Returns Policy

If the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.) we will issue a full refund and pay for return shipping costs if notified via email within 10 business days of delivery.

We don’t accept returns of mats, with the exception of carpet-top standard colors & sizes, unless the mat is defective or we have made an order error.

For ONLY standard size & color carpet-top floor mats you may return mats in their original box within 10 business days after the order has been delivered. However, you will need to pay for the shipping cost to ship the mat back to our Butler, WI facility. There is a 15% re-stocking fee that will be deducted from your refund. See below for list of standard sizes & colors.

Standard colors: Charcoal Heather, Confetti Grey, Brown-Black, Cinnamon

Standard sizes (65 mil ONLY): 2x3, 3x4, 3x5, 3x6, 3x8, 3x10, 3x16, 3x20 4x6, 4x8, 4x10, 6x8, 6x10

Due to variations in color batches from our manufacturers, some color variations in comparison to our online samples are to be expected. Color samples for online color swatches look different on every computer display. Exact colors are NOT guaranteed. Anyone that claims to guarantee exact colors is fooling you. Call 1-800-472-9339 and ask for our internet representative if you have specific questions.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.


We can ship to virtually any physical address in the United States. We are unable to accept orders to PO Boxes, APO and FPO offices.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
